Canada roster: 15 MLS players called for January camp
Canada head coach Jesse Marsch has named 15 MLS players to his 20-man roster for a January training camp that continues preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Jahkeele Marshall-Rutty joined CF Montréal by way of a trade with Toronto FC in August 2024.
The winger from Brampton, Ontario, is a Toronto FC product who became the youngest player in the team's history in January 2020, at the age of 15. In October 2020, he became the youngest player ever to play for the team.
Internationally, Marshall-Rutty earned five caps with the Canadian U15 national team in 2019. He also became the youngest player to be called up to the Canadian senior men's national team at the age of 16 in January 2021, surpassing Alphonso Davies' mark by five days.
